Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

General Policy

Hurrae Venture's product, Spellmint, is a subscription-based SaaS product. Due to the digital nature of our product and instant access to product features, we do not offer a refund on the purchase, whether it's an annual or monthly subscription.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription to Spellmint at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription for the duration of the paid period. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations that are put into effect before the end of the current subscription period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. However, please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of the paid period. We do not offer refunds or credits for cancelled subscriptions, whether it's a monthly or annual plan.

Changes to Subscription Plan

When changing from a monthly to annual subscription, the annual rate will be charged immediately, and your access will be extended for a year from the date of the change. In this case, you would not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your monthly subscription.

Changes to this Policy

Hurrae Venture reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.
